Is there a charge for baggage carried on the train in Switzerland (Zurich Station)?

Is there a charge for baggage carried on the train in Switzerland (Zurich Station)?

Technically there is a limit to the number/size of bags you can carry on for free, but it's very high (probably two full-size suitcases per person) and even when I've exceeded it, I've never had to pay.
What you may have to pay for is bikes, I believe it's 10 CHF per bike and maybe a reservation fee on top of that. This is especially important on the train that goes from Zurich airport to either Geneva or St. Gallen, because those trains have very little space for bikes.
If you'd like someone else to take care of your baggage, you can check them in at any train station counter (including at the airport) and pick them up at any other in Switzerland. This you do have to pay for, I believe 10 CHF per bag, and depending where you're going it might only get there the next day.

No, if you carry it yourself and if it always stays with you (or you with it)...

No, there are no baggage charges on trains in Switzerland

simple answer: NO
