Churchill is 1700 km from Winnipeg, there's definitely no subway going there (besides there's no subway in Winnipeg). You can take the VIA train from Winnipeg to Churchill

LOL Not a big selection up there. When my friends went up to Churchill they ate at the Churchill Restaurant and the Northern Nights Diner and said it was okay. (that was a few years ago)

No subway to Winnipeg. I even read the main rail line isnt running right now due to the cold.
