Why is winterpeg quickly becoming?

the murder capital of canada 3 allready this year and its only january to many drugs and bikers there???

all the indians are moving to the big city,drinking there super juice,and doing drugs
the bikers supply the drugs.
for years and years we would supply guns and booze to the reserves ,now they come to winnepeg instead.

no. there's been more than 3 murders, theres been like, way more. I dont know why it is this way, but I just have to deal with it.
