Which is good neighborhood community for living in Winnipeg?

I am trying to move to Winnipeg and I am not familiar with the city except for yahoo search. I am looking for high rise decent apartment (2bedroom). Any ideas please. Also which is good school district or division and neighborhood community.

There are some very nice areas in Winnipeg. Trying to find a decent 2 bedroom highrise may be harder.

Good areas are Fort Gary, Fort Richmond, St. Vital, Charleswood, Tuxedo.

There are some "high rises" along Kenaston, some on Grant right by Grant Park Shopping Centre, in Tuxedo. Other nice ones are along Pembina Hwy.

What school grade are you needing? That way I can better help you to be nearer to high school vs day care etc.

South Pembina and Grant are the nicest (to me) Good bus route, good schools, close to shopping (esp grocery).
