Does anyone know of a reputable Realtor in Manitoba?

I'm looking to move to a spot in Manitoba close to the US Border...can you help?

Depending on how small the town is, you could call the bank and ask for a referral. (ask for their mortgage specialist; better to be preapproved anyways)

You could also call the MB Better Business Bureau and give the name of your town and ask if there are any marks against anyone.

If you let us know what town, we could help you more. There are a lot of Manitobans on here (or former in my case).

Incidently, make sure you get a home inspection done on the home as part of your offer. It saves a LOT of headache, and you don't want to find out your basement floods or foundation was cracked during the 1997 Red River Flood etc. Buying or selling on your own is a lot of stress you don't need if you are moving from elsewhere to the area. (for what a realtor will charge it is WORTH it in the less stress)
