How much, on average, the cost of elctricity in Wellington (new zealand) if you live in the university hall?

my sister are going to the victoria univ in a few days.. she mentioned the students have to pay for the electricity even though they live in the university hall, which is the opposite of UK. so any one can give me the right estimation on the cost?

Where abouts is she staying?

I'm staying in a University Hall in Wellington this year but my electricity is covered in my cost.

Ask her to email the hall she's staying at and ask them for an estimated guess.

My house hold on 3 (two teenagers and 1 adult) use about $90 in the summer, $130 in the winter per month.

Tell her to keep the lights, heaters and etc off when not using them and to have shorter showers if she's worried about it.
