Can you live in Nelson and study/work in Wellington?

Yes if you really wanted to - I mean it's only a 30 min flight each way ... it's probably the taxis in Wellington that will kill ya price wise.......... Job would have to pay very good to do this.

A mate did this for a couple years, lived in Nelson and worked in Wellington, but only worked 3 days a week, not 5 days...

You would defiantly want to sign up for air points!

Would be pretty expensive to do that,

1, You could Fly (expensive) or

2, You could drive 155kms to picton (1.5hrs) them jump on the ferry for a 3hr Boat trip.

Properly be a bit much but I know of People that have done it.

Unless your loaded i dont think this would work out
