This is where the crystal is made and they are able to dispatch it all over the world. just a wild guess, not sure if they could help you, but worth a try Waterford crystal is all made by machines now and is not hand blow like thay tell you , half of there products know are bought blank then there cutters finish them off , so really your not getting the real thing, |
