Can I legally check in to a hotel at the age of 18? Some hotels require you to be 21 just because of there location and the things that go on in there hotel. I would look up the hotel online and call and just ask. yes. 18 in every state :) You'll need an ID. ID and usually a credit card for incidentals. yup |
