From New York to Philly, DC? |

How can I get there as a tourist for like a week or so? Going from New York City to either Philadelphia or Washington, DC is quite easy. If you drive, that's usually the easiest. There's very good train service between those three cities offered by Amtrak (www.amtrak.com). If money is a major concern, the bus is generally cheaper than the train. If you going to Philadelphia, best way is by taking PATH train to Newark Penn Station for New Jersey Transit's Northeast Corridor to last stop, Trenton which is $15.75 Round Off-Peak Adult Ticket. Amtrak goes from New York's Penn Station to Washington and Philly several times and hour. |
