the drinking age is 18.

According to VI Law, no one under the age of 18 can be served alcoholic beverages.

"(e) The owner of any nightclub, bar or dance hall holding a license to dispense alcoholic beverages pursuant to Title 27, section 302, Virgin Islands Code, shall prominently display a sign which clearly states that it is a violation of law for alcohol to be sold to any person under the age of eighteen (18)."

same as on the mainland, 21.

if you can reach the bar with your money, you're good to go
