Is that a comfortable salary in Dubai? Whats the average salary for a Canadian in a sales Executive role?

In Dubai, on an average salary packages for professionals with over 5 years experience are between 25,000 and 40, 000 Dirham a month (USD6000 and USD10000) (factoring in age, background, qualifications, etc). Accommodations, flights, car allowances always vary between companies.

What currency we are talking about?

If you are talking about USD 70K , it's okay if housing and transportation is provided (additional). Otherwise: NO,not if you want to keep the living standart you are used to.

Many times Expats make a calcuation mistake. From the tax free salary you receive in the UAE, please deduct the amaount which would be deducted in your home country for retirement money, because here you have to take care of it yourself. From what then is left, you want to have a comfortable life - well I don't know your lifestyle, but you also need to save some money for unexpected expences.

USD 70 might be enough, but won't do you any good if you can not save anything for the future. Are you thinking about health insurance? There are just a handfull healthcare providers who insure people in Canada,because Canada has the most expensive healthcare costs.
