How do I learn to speak Urdu???? Is it spoken differently in Dubai and Pakistan??? |
Someone please help me!!?? To get a rough idea of the Urdu language make sure you spend time with someone who speaks Urdu. The best way to learn Urdu would be to join a class, buy some of the language leaning softwares found in the market like Rosetta stone etc. In Dubai the only people that communicate with each other in Urdu are Indians, Pakistanies and sometimes Bangladeshis. Other than that it's mostly Arabic and of course a little bit of English is spoken in every country. People in Duabi dont speak urdu. Take online courses. Urdu is only spoken by ppl from Indian and Pakistan. In Dubai, they speak Arabic. Get a course like Rosetta Stone. in dubai people speaks arabic.even i dont think in india they speaks urdu.just in pakistan and afghanistan. No in dubai the main language in there you speak is arabic , trust me , but you can take language courses which last for 6 months and you will learn the urdu language in 6 months , trust me It is the national language of Pakistan as well as one of the 23 official languages of India. Pakistanis and Indians do not speak it any different being in the the UAE. Why do you need to speak Urdu in the first place in the UAE as you can sail through the day by speaking English which is understood by all locals and majority of expatriates. Still, if you want to learn Urdu, you won't be able to find any lanuaguage centre offering courses in Urdu as most of such institutions teach English, Arabic or some other language, but not Urdu. Since I can speak Urdu fluently, can I be of any help to you? Dubai is an Arabian city, we speak Arabic .. but English is widely used and mostly used .. you don't need to speak urdo .. not because we have many indians and pakistanies it doesn't make urdo an official language .. easiest way is to move in the company of indian or pakistani friends who speak urdu . |
