Dubai International Airport?

I wish to know abt the flights flying from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Is terminal 2 airport only for GCC countries and Low Cost Airlines. I also wish to know if Oman Air flies from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 to Muscat.

Terminal 2 is mainly cargo...but Kish Airlines flies from there. GCC flights generally fly from Terminal 1

My forever experience of flying in and out of Dubai on a couple of occasions is that you need good walking shoes!
I can almost guarantee that should you have to change planes there your incoming gate will be as far from the outgoing gate as they can get it.
And it is a very long, very large and straggling airport!

yeah, terminal 2 is mainly for some low cost airlines,
Oman air will be at terminal 2
terminal 3 is under construction for Emirates Airlines alone.
terminal 2 is small & easy to come out but terminal 1 takes about an hour to go out. very long & u need some sort of Dr. Martens shoes to walk there..........
