Im going 2 tunisia this summer, im i going 2 have a gud time, going as a family wiv 2 kids.? Tunisia is gorgeous and you will have a wonderful time! it'll be as good as you make it. Julie, Have a good time be sure to visit the Roman ruins in Tunis, Do not buy any fake copper coins and remember it is a muslim country so be careful. you will have a great time my daughter just came back 2 weeks ago went to gerba not sure of spelling enjoy!! Tunisia is very beautiful and full of culture. oh yes .. tunisia is a veryyy good .. i am tunisian ... welcome .. you will have a good time .. If you make it good then yeah. Went last year & loved it am thinking of going again this year. Didn't have any problems, went out on my own while boyfriend stayed by pool. Just mentioned 'husband' if shop sellers were coming on too strong & they left me alone. Remember to haggle down (not up as my boyfriend did - after I had agreed a price) never pay face value! Did get one shop owner being a bit shirty it shop but this was in Marina not souk & we just walked away - it's not hard. only if you love being pestered to death. i have been to all main resorts and they will drag you into shops and will not let you out by blocking your way until you buy something, they will tempt and pull your kids in so you have no choice but to enter. the hotels are lovely and so are the beaches although you will get pestered here to and offered drugs in exchange for smart trainers or football shirts. stay in the hotel if you want no hassel. there is a lot of poverty still which you will see if you go on day trips. having said that i have had 2 lovely holidays there as the staff in the hotels are so friendly. |
