What are the best months to travel to Tunisia.?

Is it hot all year or are some months at least moderate?

It depends on where you go. The south (the Sahara) is pretty much hot year round.

The rest of the country has seasons. May-September is considered summer and is very hot. (Although last year the heat wave extended into November!)

October-April is considered fall/winter/spring. They are kinda lumped together because it is during this period that the weather changes, and there are a lot of rains.

You can look at winter rains pictures I've taken here: http://flickr.com/photos/jamie_hassen/se...

Here is where you can check out the latest temperatures for major cities in Tunisia:http://weather.yahoo.com/regional/TSXX.h...

Personally, I like all aspects of the weather in Tunisia because they allow you to do different things. Tourists come all year round, so they too must like the variety. I guess in the end it comes down to personal preference on when you think the best months to visit are.
