Going to tunisia 11th march for 2 weeks, are there any mosquitoes this time of the year.?? Not at that time. The weather isn't warm enough yet. Unless you plan on heading down to the South of Tunisia, then you don't have anything to worry about. True the weather is a bit cold, but that does not mean there aren't any mosquitoes. They don't just die out in winter and come out in summer. There are fewer insects in general but they still exist and mosquitoes are on the active side. I use insect repellent and always keep my windows closed even during winter. I am allergic to mosquito bites and always go the extra mile. |
