i have been with my fiance a year and a half and lived in Tunisia with him for a year. We are getting married in June and will stay a further more 3 months in Tunisia, but after i would like that my husband can come to england to live with me and my family. I am over 18 and so is he, i will have full time employment and my mother said it is ok for him to live with us. Ideally i want to know about what visa he will need to live more than 6months, preferably two years and how what he will need to work in england. As after two years we wish to return to Tunisia to open a business. If you can help please do as i am so confused thankz x You can qualify for a fiancee visa under British law. I got this off the Bristish Embassy in Tunis Website, where you will need to have the visa processed. He can apply for a fiancee visa. You will be required to send some information about yourself to the embassy in Tunisia and your partner will need photocopies. |
