I want my tunisian husband to come to england but dont know how??

i have been with my fiance a year and a half and lived in Tunisia with him for a year. We are getting married in June and will stay a further more 3 months in Tunisia, but after i would like that my husband can come to england to live with me and my family. I am over 18 and so is he, i will have full time employment and my mother said it is ok for him to live with us. Ideally i want to know about what visa he will need to live more than 6months, preferably two years and how what he will need to work in england. As after two years we wish to return to Tunisia to open a business. If you can help please do as i am so confused thankz x

You can qualify for a fiancee visa under British law. I got this off the Bristish Embassy in Tunis Website, where you will need to have the visa processed.

For him to qualify to join you in the UK you must show that:
* you plan to marry within a reasonable time (usually six months)
* you plan to live together permanently after you are married
* you have met each other
* there is somewhere for you and any dependants to live until you get married without help from public funds
* you and any dependants can be supported without working or having recourse to public funds

He will be allowed to stay in the UK for 6 months with no permission to work. When you are married he may apply for a one-year extension as a spouse and, if the application is granted, he will be allowed to work. Near the end of this time he may apply to stay in the UK permanently.

For a spousal visa you must show that:
* you are legally married to each other
* your husband or wife is present and settled in the UK
* you both intend to live together permanently as husband and wife
* you have met each other
* together you can support yourselves and any dependants without help from public funds
* you have adequate accommodation, owned or occupied exclusively by you, where you and your dependants can live without help from public funds
* he or she is not under 18
* you are not under 16

He will be allowed to stay in the UK and to work for two years at first. Near the end of this time, if you are still married and still intend to live together, he may apply to stay in the UK permanently. If you and your spouse have been living together outside the UK for 4 years or more, you will be allowed to enter the UK for an indefinite period.
