Looking for rental property in tunisia..not too expensive for several months next year(2007)?

Looking for rental property in tunisia..not too expensive for several months next year(2007)?

Price will depend on where you are looking to rent, for how long, what time of the year, whether you want an apartment or a house, and whether you want it furnished or not. Rentals during the summer months are always higher due to demand. If you are planning to rent during the summer I suggest that you try to rent it for a month or two before you come to get a cheaper price because prices during summer double or triple.

If I can be of any more help, please feel free to contact me.

Just want to point out Eunice g that spamming is a punishable offence of yahoo answers, don't post the same question one minute after the previous one, wait for some answers first!

If you're not getting answers your question makes no sense..

Hi
It is possible to find nice flat or a villa anywhere in Tunisia.
As Mrs Hassen mention to you the prices will depend especially on the location and the period (pic season for the resort areas)
In general the prices are reasonable and can fit with all budgets.
Welcome to Tunisia,

Hello !

it depends on the period you will come here, but especially in summer it is a little bit expensive...
in this period ( december, January, Febrary), most tourists visit the south of Tunisia ( the weather is very fine, the sun is shining all the day...),
i am living in Tozeur(the west south of Tunisia), there is a lot of rental property with logic prices, in all cases one night costs 25 Euros, 15 pounds. Houses are well furnished and very comfortable.

For more information or any kind of help, please e-mail me, and i will try to do my best
note that before coming here, you have to make a reservation in advance

don't forget, e-mail me for further information

and welcom in advance

freindly
