How and where can one rent a motorcycle in Tunisia with an international motorcycle license?

I will be traveling to Tunisia with a friend of mine in the beginning of October. We really would like to see at least part of the country on a motorcycle with at least a 250cc engine. Also, we would like to get some camping done. How feasible is this plan?

Unless you bring your own motorcycle, it's not very feasible. While there are motorcycles here, they are scarce. The most common thing you will see here are motor bikes - mopeds. Your best bet would be to check with the big name auto rental places (the smaller ones definately would not carry a motorcyle) and see if they have any.
