If I lost my wallet which contained my ID what should I do if I'm supposed to go to Mexico to visit? |
I had already made reservations and booked a condo on the beach in Rosarito Mexico in advanced and all of a sudden I lose my wallet which contained my Identification card how should I go about to cross over back and forth through our border. I have in my possesion my original documantation of Certificate of Birth and my original Social Security Card should that be enough? I wouldn't take chances, I would get a new photo I D. go get a photo ID You will have to get a new photo id. You might get lucky and they won't ask you for it but I wouldn't take a chance. You don't need anything to go to Rosarito .... if asked just plead hopeless on the way back north Don't be affraid in Mexico we are so wellcome for the tourists so just bring a copy. Sure you need get another ID. I think the problem is just when you come back in the US border. |
