How close is khaosan road to nana square and soi cowboy? |
How close is khaosan road to nana square and soi cowboy? Not too close, Khao San Rd. and the Sukhumvit area where Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy are, are on opposite sides of what might be considered Central Bangkok. It will probably take 30-45 minutes to get from Khao San Rd. to Nana Plaza or Soi Cowboy by taxi or combination taxi (or tuk-tuk) and Skytrain, or taxi and MRT (subway). Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy are close to each other, you can walk between the two places or take a one-stop Skytrain ride. Nana is on soi 4 and cowboy is soi 23.......khaosan aint too far from sukhumvit road so a tuk-tuk or taxi will be no prob's...... Not that close! You can use a meter taxi to get to Sukhumvit Road, price is not that bad if you only use the meter! Meter taxi with A/C will be cheaper than a tuk-tuk in the heat unless you speak Thai. Khaosan Rd is considereddowntown while Nana and Soi Cowboy is near city centre. You need a cab or tuk-tuk to travel between the 2 places. Not close at all. Save your time and take a taxi. Not every close at all. The best way is to hop into a taxi and let him get your there. Other options is go to Big C across from Central World and take A/C bus 511, just tell the money collector and she/he will let you know where to get off. Then it's a two minute walk to Khaosan Road. But if more then two of you are going taxi is the cheapest. Nana Plaza & Soi Cowboy are about an 80 - 90 baht taxi ride. They are not that far apart and the taxi ride is not terribly long. Man! you mean business, don't you? |
