Koh Tao, Thailand. Need to book accommodation in advance? |
I will be arriving in Koh Tao on July 1st 2008, the first day of peak season. Will I need to book accommodation for me and my 3 friends in advance? We are happy with low to mid range accommodation. Thanks. Who told you July 1 was during the peak season is wrong. This is the low season and you should have no problem finding a place. But you should make advance reservations for at least the first night, so your not running around the island looking for a place to stay. Try the link below of hotels July is not the eak season. even during christmas you don't have to book anything in advance. Not a problem now. But remember that Koh Tao is a diver's haunt. You will get better accommodation and deals if you are going to dive. Many spots are connected to dive shops and will price accordingly. But you won't have a problem finding a place to stay these days. |
