Can the tailors in thailand make any form of clothing or do they only make suits and shirts etc?

i was just wondering if i asked one of them to make me some short trousers/ 3/4 length shorts would they be able to do it

Oh yeh, they can make anything given you find a good tailor. Some of them could be very very expensive some are quite cheap.
