How can i forget my past?

some think good in my past and too much bad in my past. and my past make hell my running life. what i do?

if you heart it with your past so you never forget in your life but best way to forgot your past you need long time and don't think about what wrong happened with your past just forget it.
listen one think remember this is your past but now your running life do some change your life and see you. you ready for new race.

Get early onset Altzheimers. You will need only one book, and you can hide your own Easter eggs.

Relocate to a different environment, make new friends and left the past behind you. Start a new life with new people around you. I did the same and it worked.

The best way to forget your past is to live in the now.Learn whatever you had to,&get on with your life.The past is just a lesson.

you'll be haunted by it

you cant forget about your past. It will stay with you and it makes you who you are. You learn from it and grow and move on. Everyone has parts in their past that arent great but if you can learn from it and deal with it than you should be ok. good luck

Volunteer to help people who are not as lucky as you. It will take your mind off yourself and put it where it can be useful.
