Dumb questions asked about South Africa?

Q: Does it ever get windy in South Africa? I have never seen it rain on TV, so how do the plants grow? (UK)
A: We import all plants fully grown and then just sit around watching them die

Q: Will I be able to see elephants in the street? (USA)
A: Depends how much you've been drinking.

Q: I want to walk from Durban to Cape Town - can I follow the railroad tracks? (Sweden)
A: Sure, it's only two thousand kilometres. Take lots of water.

Q: Is it safe to run around in the bushes in South Africa? (Sweden)
A: So it's true what they say about Swedes.

Q: Are there any ATMs (cash machines) in South Africa? Can you send me a list of them in JHB, Cape Town, Knysna and Jeffrey's Bay? (UK)
A: What did your last slave die of?

Lol Honey thanks for that laugh, you had me rolling.xxx
Here have a star and a nice day to you.xxx

I know Swedish people are usually fair and blond but lol, it seems to be infectious

I don't think the Red Bush Tea advert helps !

People in other countries get impressions about SA from books, photographs and stories they hear. Then we make an advert where a fifty year old woman tells lion off for making noise outside her bedroom window. Perhaps people will believe this to be true.

Some people in the UK won't see this as a joke, they will believe it or at least part of it.

Too many gullible people around that believe they live in the centre of the universe.

Thanks, those are good. I麓ve already been asked if it was true that the kangaroos run around on the streets in Cape Town!!
