Racism in South Africa?

Has somebody from another race done something possitive to you that changed your mind about Racism.

I'm asking this question based on turnition6 question below.

Yes, nothing major, as happened to you (as you explained answering my question) , but sometimes it doesn't require anything massive, sometimes a simple smile will do.

I remember returning to South Africa in 2003 after being away for a year and the black customs official gave me the biggest smile and said "welcome home".
That was enough for me.

Yes, but the majority of my experiences have been negative. Yet I shall remain hopeful that all people are not the same and never stoop to generalising about people.

Ag man, I encountered more racism in the UK than in SA.

There is good white and black people and the same goes with bad people.
There are blacks who will really try to help you and then there is others who think that the white still owns them something.
There are black and white people who will admit that we need each other and then there are people who thinks the other one just want to steel what they have
