Is Khmer able to be handwritten?

I've only seen it written with graphics or something... I've never seen it handwritten. If it can't be handwritten, how do they write it?

Of course Khmer is able to be handwritten...i dont think cambodia is wealthy enough to afford computers for every student in schools to type Khmer.

I took Khmer classes for 2 weeks. Its actually pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Heres a website to help you.
