Changing of passport photo in singapore?

I'm asked by the officer to change my passport photo.
so just wanted to find out the process, the fees and the time needed to change it.
I urgently need to get it done asap as i need to go overseas at the end of this mth.

any kind souls please help!!! thanks!!!

Procedure
Application may be submitted by post to Passports Section, Citizen Services Centre,ICA Building or deposited into the Deposit Boxes located at the Information Counter on the ground floor lobby or at Passports Section,2nd Storey,ICA Building.

If you are applying at counter,a personalised application form will be printed for you when you call at the Passports Section, Citizen Services Centre,2nd Storey, ICA Building.

Applicants can also choose to submit their passport applications online via the Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES).

Passport Fee
The passport fee for the BioPass is S$80.Applicants who apply for the passport by APPLES,post or deposit box will enjoy a S$10 rebate & pay a passport fee of $70.

Processing Time
The processing time required for a BioPass remains as 3 working days from the date of receipt of the application.Applicants must come personally to collect the passport.

Application procedure
The new BioPass application forms will be made available at ICA's website,Neighbourhood Police Posts & Community Clubs.You can also call 6738 3352 for a form to be mailed to you.

i think if you have to change the whole passport instead of just changing the photo only, it also applies to babies as they grow....i guess the fees to change your passport is abt S$80 by post, its best to go during the weekdays as there won't be so much ppl, i guess it will take abt a week or so for your new passport to be ready, if it can't be ready by the time you have to go overseas, you can ask them for a temp passport, you have to pay S$15 for it.....

If I am not wrong, with effect from Sep 2007, changing of photo of old passport is not available, as all new passport issued now will come with bio-data. Which meant you will need to apply for a new passport. It's $80 over the counter, and $70 by post.
