Places in Singapore that congregates foreigners?

What are the places in Singapore that has distinct foreign flavour?
eg:
little thailand in golden mile
little india
little myanmar in penisular plaza
little manila in lucky plaza
little middle east in arab street
little seoul in novena square
little tokyo around cuppage plaza
little england in kampong java
chinatown

What are the other places with such distinct colours of other countries?

Lil Seoul and lil Tokyo? Just cuz they have a few Japanese or Korean restaurants don't make it a place for them to chill or feel at home. Im Australian and ive been living in Singapore almost 5 years now and the only place I feel closest to home is the Bungee Bar at Clark Quay. lol. Sad but true. I don't think there are any distinct places of Caucasians. The places you mentioned above are more for the Asian community.

My people are usually happy and at home at any bar/pub. The clubbing scene here is just pitiful but anyways... Cheers!

there is no little seoul, tokyo, middle east and england in sg. You could find lotsa shops cater to japanese at Liang Court, River Valley rd and oso at West Coast Rd where there are two Japanese schools and some expats stay at the area oso. But the flavor is not dat strong, only little india is. There rest nah.

There is a Malaysian Town in Jurong so I heard
Mainland Chinese at Geylang too. Lots of eateries catering for them.
Bangladeshi Market at Desker Road
Africans at Sam Leong Road.
