I'm pretty sure the Seychelles uses the Rupee.

It's the Seychellois Rupee (SCR).
1 Seychelles Rupee = 0.14505 US Dollar
1 US Dollar (USD) = 6.89410 Seychelles Rupee (SCR)

Currency :
Seychellois rupee, divided into 100 cents. Coins range from 5 cents to SRs 5; banknotes from SRs 10 to 100. US dollars are normally also accepted, and travellers cheques are accepted in hotels, restaurants and shops.

Seychellois rupee

We use the rupee here, and its not the indian rupee its the seychelles rupee. We also have 1c, 5c, 10c, 1rupee, 5rupee coins, then we have 10 rupees, 25 rupees, 50 rupee, 100 rupee and 500 rupee notes. All currencies can be exchanged on the islands at the banks, but if you want more rupees then sell it locally, you'll get much more.
