Yes, i've been there 2 years ago in September.
It's one island-one resort.
Wonderful place, very high level of luxury, great food, wonderful management, very comfortable rooms/houses...
I normally travel a lot and i've seen a lot of places. And i can say that Saint Anne is the best holiday i've had. Very romantic. A little expensive but it's worth it.
Tips:
1- Eat your dinners in the italian restaurant at the top of the hill. The other alternative restaurant (the one near the pool) is only ok, whereas italian restaurant is fabolous. The chef at that time was french, and he's very successful. Waiters are great.
2- During the day, take one of the sea vehicles (like canoo or sea bicycle) and cycle to the island across called Muayyen island. It takes 15 minutes to go, and very fun to do. The beach in Muayyen island is pure white, and sea is increadibly beatiful.
3- One day, walk around the whole resort to see all different types of flowers they have.
