It depends on what type of visa you want to get her on. If she is coming on a family visa then she will have to get her medicals done in the country of origin. This way they might reject her visa. If on visit visa then there is no need for medicals.

Saudia is very strict in these matters.
they insist that everyone who works there and his/her companion are free from diseases , esp hepatitis.
