I want to know living cost in Saudi Arabia.?

I have got a offer in damam ,i would like to relocate along with my family to damam(Saudi Arabia).I dont know what would be the living cost like house rent,school fees,living expenses,etc .And also i would like to know what would be the salary per month for an manager in Damam (saudi arabia)

Well my friend the living cost is affordable in Saudi Arabia but house rents are going high day by day and specially in Jeddah and Dammam rent are very high as compare to 2years back. Also it depends upon your salary how much salary you will get and mostly depends upon your life style. I have been to Qatar and hv been to UAE but like Saudia than any other company. Dont worry you will be satisfy if you will get the salary 4000+ House rent and with other allownces.

Very cheap. Free education. Free hosptial and doctor visits. Free medical treament. At most you'd have to pay for housing and food.

You didnt tell us what your sallary is. But yes as the above user stated if you make anything above 4000Riyals a month, you should be fine.. Of course the more the merrier.. Also just saying you are a manager doesnt tell us much.. You could be a manager of McDonalds. or a manager of a huge corporation like McDonaldDouglas... They are worlds apart and the sallaries are worlds apart..
Usually companies will help provide or locate living quarters for you.. Did they discuss housing allowance also?... The gas here for cars is the cheapest in the world.. Food is also cheap.. Housing itself is a bit costly, but its still affordable. I dont know what nationality you are.. If you choose a private school for your children, you will have to pay tuition, but if they know arabic and go to public schools, its free.. Also The public hospitals are free, but you can always go to private clinics, but you have to pay there.. Its not too expensive. well anyways.. goodluck! and God bless you! ... everything is cheap there, water is realy cheap, electricity is cheap, food is cheap. the only thing that i could think of that is expensive is the heating bills in the winter because the heaters suck and the internet bill because they are kind of new to it. you should be fine.
