What is the procedure to go again Saudi arabai if previous sponser visa expires? also No NOC provided?

I don't get NOC from prevoius sponser for Saudiarabia, my Re-entry visa eipired on 10/12/2006. Shall i go again saudi arabia. My Re- entry visa expires by exactly one year. If any possibility to go saudi without getting NOC from previous employer. Becaz i got an other offer.

Basically - this is a simple case IF there is no case filed against you by your old employer from Saudi like absconding.

With a new passport and new passport number, your new employer can apply a working visa for you and you can travel to Saudi.

To know if there is a case against you? - then the Labour Ministry will deny the application saying there's a case pending against you by your old employer and this has to be settled or withdrawn.

Otherwise - no problem at all.
