Points to be considered before relocating to Saudi Arabia for Indian?

I am an Indian

I got an offer from an IT company to work for a Saudi Bank in Riyadh.

I have few questions, it would be great if you can answer it.

1. What kind of Visa may be given to me - any cautions over there ?
2. Do i require anyone's permission when I want to leave KSA ?
3. Do i need to submit my educational documents and Passport with someone ?
4. What could be living cost (1BHK - 2 BHK, food, trasportation, medical, insurance) in Riyadh for family of 2+1
5. anyother thing you like to point out.

1- Business visit Visa or Work Visa
if you are on a business Visit Visa then you cant bring along your family

2- Yes, you need to get an exit stamp that your employer must approve

3- Your employer

Apartment: SAR 20,000 to 30,000 - usually you get 3 x your monthly basic salary as housing allowance
Food: SAR 2500
Transport: Depends if you are buying a car, but usually you get 10% of your basic salary per month as transport
Mecial: SAR3000 per year, your empyer should arramge for that and make sure this includes such things as pregnency

5- Come with an open mind, and enjoy the differences you see.

You will get a work Permit....
Do not submit your documents to any one except the company officials
IT will be incredebaly hot so get used to it
Cot is really hig for staying in Saudi
