Is Mecca Like Scarborough?

Scarborough is a seaside town in North Yorkshire

The same sea. The same dress. The same slavery.

The same language. The same wealth.

If you closed your eyes you wouldn't know whether you were in England or in Saudi Arabia.

Yes. The only difference is Scarborough has one of the Bronte sisters buried in one of its church graveyards. And of course, Mecca is where the famous ballrooms originated from.

No, Bradford is more like Mecca.

i don't know what Scarborough is other then someones last name. u can compare it to Jerusalem for Jews or Vatican city for catholics. expect all Muslims who can afford the trip r required to go there.

No it isn't. To start with, there is no black stone in Scarborough, the only black things are turds floating in the sea, it is very disappointing.
Mecca is a holly site for at least a good billion of people so although I'm not muslim, I do have respect for that.
The temperature is better in Scarborough though in my opinion because I don't like it when it's too hot ;-)
