You will have a fair trial.
Depending on the circumstances surrounding the murder one of the following will happen:
1- You will be executed
2- You will be executed except if the family of the deceased accept blood money from you, the amount of which they dictate. (This takes care of the Private right, but the public right -government- may still imprison you.)
3- You will be imprisoned and blood money dictated by the government to be paid to the family of the deceased.

All in all? Bad idea.. very bad idea....

well depends if it was an accident or intentional... then you would be jailed, a trial commenses. then the government would ask the victims family if they want to proceed with execution (if it was intentional) or if they would pardon you and accept blood money, which is around 200,000 riyals or upwards depending on the person involved.. They try these days to get the family to accept the blood money and try to discourage execution due to the international human rights watch group, they are pressuring SaudiArabia these days..

If it is intentional you will be executed. If however, it was accidental you pay a large ransom.
