Does the moon have directions (north,west,east,south) like we do on earth?

Yes, it does.
It has a north pole and a south pole, but as the moon does not spin in relation to the Earth, the north and south poles are not axis of spin like on Earth.
This means that we only ever see one side of the moon (the near side) from the Earth. To see the other side (the far side) of the moon, you need to orbit it in a space craft.
East and West are directions, not destinations, just like they are on Earth.
