Sedona Lane is charging $1325.00 for a 1 bedroom. Is that too much? What do you think of the place? |
I'm looking into the Sedona Lane apartments (3507 S Bascom ave, Campbell, CA), and I'm wondering what the general concensus is on the place. Anyone ever checked the place out. Anyone ever lived there? Is it good? Are there better places for the money. Is it worth the $1325/mo price tag on the 1 bedroom? If you have apartment recommendations between 1000-1500, then please share. Sounds reasonable. If you like it, go for it. You should check out www.apartmentratings.com for opinions on different apartment complexes. I, myself, would not pay that much to live on Bascom Ave. as there is too much traffic and noise. $1325 is OK apt, based on address, it should be a new building near 85/17, there is a lot of noise there, you want to better, then get over $1500 for one bedroom, Currently, 1 Bedroom apartment in any decent complex, is costing about 1500-1700 per month in this area. So, if you are getting for 1300 you should pay something for that, like location, school, transport, noise etc. So, it depends it could be just one or all of the above factors I just told. I would say, 1325 is a decent price. And yes, you can on apartmentratings.com for reviews, but keep in mind, you will find a review only if some one has bad experience. I have lived in about 4-5 different apartment complexes and all the reviews on apartmentratings for these were bad. None greater than 40% recommended. Still, I never had any problem in any of these apartments. So, check out and good luck. Sedona Lane is fairly new and not in a shabby area at all. The price is fine with all the amenities and the safer location. They have a web site, which introduces itself as: Not too familiar w/ Sedona Lane, but I can tell you you will not find much else cheaper if anything at all. I had friends that lived in Campbell, on Bascom Ave!; it wasn't the greatest neighborhood - but the rent you're quoting really isn't out of the ballpark for any part of that area. In fact, that's not bad at all! |
