Beach Californians,Heads up this ones for you!?

I am desparate for the ocean,I want to move back ASAP.I saw a documentry on Ocean Beach,a guy named Noah produced it.Anybody from there can you tell me how the beach area is doing financially,real estate?Please offer me hope!!

I live in Ocean Beach. Everything is going crappy. The economy is going the same way.

The only thing about Ocean Beach is that a lot of people here have been here a long time and didn't get caught up in the high interest loans failure that are threatening so many homeowners.

There is always hope,, if you really like living here you will find a way to make it. There are still a lot of us 'old timers' around.

California beach is over-rated!!!!!!!
You would be better off buying some property in Coeur D'Alene Idaho. You still have water and the property return is great. They were in Forbes recently for the best place to live. I think you should pack up and move while you still can.
