Please help me to make a trip plan for San Diego?

i will go to San Diego with 2 friends on 3/22~3/26
I need a trip plan in San Diego, and inside the plan i need to know how to get there, is taking bus or something by the way i can't drive and we aren't 25 years old.

i don't know which hotel is better and i am only 19 years old so i need a hotel accept 19 years old to check in. The hotel price i wish it can be $150 per night or below $150.

Your kind of limited. I know because I thought about visiting San Diego last year and I was looking for hotels that have the minimum check-in age of 18. I only found 1 good hotel (i hate those motel 6 or inns) and it was the Sheraton La Jolla Hotel. The price during those dates is $166 per night, so i guess its not an option for you.

Bristol Hotel could be an option for you. Its about $134 per night on Hotels.com. Doubletree Club San Diego is another option. Its going for $127

I think you should go to Hotels.com and look for the hotels yourself. I dont really know what part of San Diego you will be in. I recommend staying away from those Inns and motels. Go for the better looking hotels that fit your price. If you want to find out what the check in age for the hotel is, just click on the hotel name and then click on "show full description" Hotels.com usually lists what the check in age is on each hotel's page in that area. As far as getting there, you can take the bus (Greyhound, but i dont really recommend them because i've heard they arent all that safe) take the train (Amtrak, if there is a stop near you) or even fly (Southwest Airlines serve San Diego and they have good deals if you book early. check with them to see if they serve the airport(s) near you)

This website will give you all the info you need to have a great time. If you aren't driving get a day pass for the buses and trolley while you are here. You can go from Old Town to the Mexico border and everyplace in between on the trolley.

there are tabs for dining, lodging, entertainment, concerts, maps, even coupons for savings while you are here. You can pick up a free copy of the mag while in town. It's available every Thurs. at most 7-11, music stores, etc. It's what all the 'cool' kids refer to every week to find out the best happenings in town

Here is another link for the Gaslamp. It's 4 sq blocks of dining, music, nightclubs, and shopping. It's a great place 7 days a week.

Here is a link to a hotel right downtown that is nothing fancy , it's clean, safe, close to transportation, and within walking distance to Gaslamp, House of Blues, 4th & B, and even has LCD tv's, etc. I've had friends that have stayed there while in town and they said it was great for the price. Less than $100 a night

The Pacific Shores Inn on Pacific Beach is really cheap. Around $70 a night and it's not a bad place. Very simple, no frills. It's a good location too.

where you coming from? you dont tell us
for all know you could be trying to take a bus from
from Hawaii!
*if* you are coming from Los Angeles
you can take megabus or amtrak to San Diego
if you are coming fom another city (say New York)
then I suiggest you fly
