Where is Grand Chapiteau buliding at Del Mar Fairground? |
Does anybody know where is the Grand Chapiteau theater at del mar fairground or know the link to a decent-looking map? I'm going to Cirque du Soleil show and like to know a very detailed instruction how to get there from I-5 North, where to park, etc. My show time is at 4pm on FRIDAY and I won't be able to be there 1 hr before the show as recommanded. I checked the map on official website but it's not helpful at all. Thanks in advance! here's the link Cirque du Soleil has a large tent (Grand Chapiteau is big top in french) that they will set up in the Del Mar Fairgrounds. They should have plenty of parking. Do try to get on the road as early as possible as the traffic on a Friday on the I-5 and Hwy 101 can get very heavy and according to the Cirque website they start the show on time and late comers are seated at appropriate intervals. Enjoy the show! |

There's a train that runs right nearby and on a pretty decent schedule, too. It's way cheaper than renting a car and driving, it goes thru some nifty areas, and you and the little one ca... I would have to reccomend Scripps Ranch. I lived there from ages 7-18 and am now moving back to start my own family. Now, as far as your requirements go... it is a suburb that's about ... Depends on your price level, where you want to stay, etc. Check multiple hotel sites for best deals and then call the hotel to try to even lower that amount. Good starting point below: ...definitely the Zoo u will see much beauty and history ...CSX....is that a train? I don't know of any in San Diego....only Amtrack. They are located in Downtown SD. ...well this depends on what you want to do while you are in SD- shopping- the outlets, Seaport Village spas- La Costa Spa in Carlsbad, which also has golf available, or Pala Casino, Resort, and... Dave & Busters is cool. Clubs and bars in San Diego are 21+. There is an all-ages live music venue called Soma. That might be your best bet. Check out there website to see who's coming...
