What to do in Salzburg?

Three days in Salzburg in October,what should we see and do?

Visit a salt mine, go to a concert, visit Hitler's "eagles nest" at Bertesgarten, learn how to make wine glass music :-) and have a lunch at the Nordsee restaurant.

I have heard the skiing is awesome!!!

I would check out the castle from Sound of Music.

Sound of Music Tour!!! Mozarts house. Drink Beer. Play chess on the plaza. Its a great city. I wish I were there now and not at my desk working:(
