What stayed the same or changed in the labor system of Russia between 1750-1914?

I have one change (the emancipation of serfs) and one thing that stayed the same (former serfs were still treated terribly) but I need one more change or continuity. Please help me!!!

Industrialisation. Peasants moved from the countryside into the towns and cities.
