Check that your vaccinations are OK before going, but you don't have specific medical stuff to do when going there.

Towns can be very dirty on certain places and tap water will always be little yellow due to metallic fragments in it.
Tap water is cheap there but this is not as good as in France for example .. so drink bottled water.
