How long will it take to get from Ilha Grande to Rio De Janeiro airport?

we have booked an extra night in Ilha Grande but need to get to Rio De Janeiro airport by about 1:30pm - will we be able to make it if we leave Ilha Grande in the morning or do you think we need to leave the day before?

In a good day you will take at least 2,5 hours from Angra to Rio, but before you need to go from Ilha Grande to Angra (30 minutes if you have your own boat).
