Anybody know what the average salary is of a shipwright/welder/fitter & turner/mechanic is in New Zealand?

Am considering Auckland , New Zealand.These are similar trades so their average pay would be very similar or the same. Agencies don't want to tell you because they worry about their commission

im american but ive worked with kiwis in antarctica . im a welder shipfitter they said as welders in the ship yard they where getting around 20 nz a hour thats like close to 15 american dollors a hour. agencies charge the companys around 60 a hour plus they company pays you perdiem

for a qualified fitter turner any where from $18 NZD to $30 NZD, depeding on skills. overtime is payed as well at time and a half. Ive been in the trade now as a boiler maker, fabricator and now earn 27.50/hr
