In Pune I have lost my driving licence . It was issued by Nasik R.T.O. Can I get duplicate from Pune R.T.O.?

No way. You have to apply from the Nasik RTO only.

you can but getting endorsement from nasik rto office on ur appln form. is necessary.

1.Report to nearest police station about the loss.
2.Show the copy of F.I.R. to any RTO. You are bound to get a duplicate licence with payment of necessary fees.

The place where it lost is not a matter.

You can get the duplicate from your (Permanent address) nearest RTO off.

If you have permanent origin in Nasik you can get from Nasik.

You have to apply afresh at Pune and undergo test after going thro L board for a couple of months.

Better get a new one at Pune, it will cost you much less, as well as less time. But don't forget to report it to the police, so that you will not be hold responsible for any misuse of your lost license.

Since the licence was issued by Nashik RTO, you have to apply at Nashik only. But, before that you have to lodge a Police complaint. First, you enquire with Pune Police as to the right place (Pune or Nashik) for registering your complaint.
