Or if you're looking for a quite and beautiful surroundings then head off to amboli. amboli is a nice hill station in regional maharashtra. I can use following websites for more informations about Goa: Goa is a pretty good place...but i personally think its kinda far... but its a really good place and there is a christian population there too... Everywhere popular like Goa, Lonavla, Khandala, Mahabaleshwar will be full up if you dont book soon enough. If you like nature, try Bhimashankar or Malshej Ghat these places are at elevations and nice even in winter - most people prefer monsoons.
